Our multi-dimensional sports program provides professional sports training to the Metro West, Greater Boston, North Shore, Merrimack Valley and Boston areas of Massachusetts. We specialize in expert baseball training, sport specific strength training and conditioning, a professionally run AAU baseball program and a college bound program for high school student athletes.
